Atamira - Maori in the City 2013

Auckland's Premier Maori event, a three day festival showcasing food, music, culture, fashion and more.

With a move from Epsom Showgrounds down to Auckland's beautiful waterfront, this bi-annual festival wanted a brand that was more connected to their spirit. The aim was to appeal to a broader target market which included weekend visitors to the city, families, inner city workers and all residents of the greater Auckland area.

A new rallying cry of "Sharing our heritage" was developed for the campaign, with use of Te Reo's famous welcome "Nau mai, Haere Mai" in order to show the welcoming mood and theme of the event.
